I broke one of my tooth. I was ready to remove it, but as suggested by Dr. Maulik maradia, they have done Root canal here. Did not take medicine, still no pain at all. 3 years have passed  with this. The tooth is still working good. Have undergoes tooth cleaning few times after that. Unlike other dentists, they spray good flavored mouthwash in teeth cleaning machine. My dental implant was done by DR.MAULIK. I share my experience here. (Maine apna dant ka implant Dr. Maulik se karvaya. bahut acha ilaj kya.mai bahut khus hu. apna anubhav likhta hu.)
I had a rotten tooth, which i neglected for years. It broke into small pieces one day and was very very painful. I asked many dentists, but it could not be saved.
Dr. Maulik convinced me to remove broken tooth pieces and put replacement implant, the very same day. I was very scared of needles and dentists, so worried a lot for few days, before gathering courage and getting it done. They numbed my mouth, jerked my jaw, to remove broken tooth, which was a bit of "Ouch" moment, but after that i didnt even realize when he drilled and put a screw inside my bone. Dr.Maulik has very gentle touch.
5 years have passed after treatment, when i write this. Bill was the only thing that hurt me ha ha ha.Bill says tooth colored cap placed over implant is of some very advanced porcelain, called zirconia, with few years of warranty against break down.
Implant cap has not cracked into pieces or fallen off in 5-6yrs. this was issue with My mothers's root canal and cap, done else where. Color blends so well with adjacent teeth, that no one can tell which is natural and which is fake tooth.Looking in mirror, i also dont remember which one is a fake one.It looks and feels like your own previous tooth. And also i chew all hard food with implant tooth.This doc. is like picaso or michael angelo, a way way underrated smile artist.
I did my own research on internet, before treatment and confirmed from various studies that dental implants have a proven service life of more than 2-3 decades. Also, other treatment options for replacing teeth dont last that long. Apparently its true.No issues till now. I am very happy with Dr. Maulik. Money spent was 100% worth it. 5/5 stars.
